NEW RETURN POLICY!: You must email umpire@softballfever.com
within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain a return
authorization, no exceptions. Please specify the items you would like
to return in your email. We will either exchange the item for a
different size/color/style or ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. We DO NOT Issue Credit for original Shipping charges.
If we exchange items you will be responsible for the
shipping charges back to you and we will either automatically charge
your credit card or invoice you via paypal, whichever payment method you
originally chose. Shipping charges must be paid PRIOR to us releasing
any exchanges.
We Do NOT ALLOW Returns or Exchanges for QUANTITY DISCOUNT ITEM ORDERS (orders of 12+ items obtained at a discount)! NO EXCEPTIONS!

FUNDRAISING - QUANTITY - WHOLESALE - TEAM INQUIRIES: You will find some of our items offer Quantity Pricing if you purchase a minimum of 12 pcs. This is a wonderful option for Team Gifts, Fundraisers & Concession stands. ALL
QUANTITY ORDERS REQUIRE A 7-10 DAY LEAD TIME (although we usually can
get them out much quicker, we ask for patience or a phone call with
deadline to 321-626-4331)
PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards online via our secure server. We also accept PayPal.
PURCHASE ORDERS: We do
accept Purchase Orders from Schools on a case-by-case basis so please do call ahead.
Mailed Purchase Orders will be ignored if no previous communications
have been made.
SHIPPING ORDERS: Orders are
generally processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment
UNLESS we have a TRAVEL ALERT showing or during our exremely busy
months. Quantity & Custom Orders require a 7-10 day LEAD TIME. We
use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (2-3 day shipping time) and UPS (3-5 days Ground) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD, AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU, IF WE FEEL WE CAN GET YOUR PRODUCT TO YOU FASTER! Orders ship from Cocoa, Florida 32926
Priority Mail = 2-3 days in transit (including Saturdays). Poor Tracking UPS Ground = 3-5 business days in transit, Great Tracking 
RUSH ORDERS: Due to the high volume of RUSH requests we receive we have added a $10 RUSH FEE for those that truly need their orders quickly. You may choose this option during check-out.

place here at SoftballFever.com. Feel free to purchase any of those
products but direct returns, questions or problems to the links on that
site, instead of here. If you purchase 15+ of those items you should
