NEW RETURN POLICY!: You must email umpire@softballfever.com within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization, no exceptions.  Please specify the items you would like to return in your email.  We will either exchange the item for a different size/color/style or ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. We DO NOT Issue Credit for original Shipping charges.

If we exchange items you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to you and we will either automatically charge your credit card or invoice you via paypal, whichever payment method you originally chose.  Shipping charges must be paid PRIOR to us releasing any exchanges.

FUNDRAISING - QUANTITY - WHOLESALE - TEAM INQUIRIES: Our Quantity Discount Page offers 12+ items in same style at a highly discounted rate.  This discount applies to anyone purchasing a minimun of 12+ items.  Looking to purchase 50+ items? Email Umpire@SoftballFever.com with quantity of product you would like.  ALL QUANTITY ORDERS REQUIRE A 7-10 DAY LEAD TIME (although we usually can get them out much quicker, we ask for patience or a phone call with deadline to 321-305-5449)

PAYMENTS: If you are paying by Visa or Mastercard  choose our Secure Credit Card payment service.

If you rather send a Check or Money please place your order and then mail payment to: Softball Fever, 104 Tropic Place, Rockledge,  FL 32955.    Returned Checks will be charged a $30 Fee and followed up on.

PURCHASE ORDERS: We do accept Purchase Orders on a case-by-case basis so please do call ahead.  Mailed Purchase Orders will be ignored if no previous communications have been made.

SHIPPING ORDERS: Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment UNLESS we have a TRAVEL ALERT showing or during our exremely busy months. Quantity & Custom Orders require a 7-10 day LEAD TIME!  We use USPS Priority Mail for ALL Shipping (2-3 day shipping time) unless you request an alternative service.  We usually send you a Shipping Notification once your order has begun it's journey to you!  ALL OF OUR DOMESTIC DELIVERIES INCLUDE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AT NO COST TO YOU!  INT'L ORDERS ARE WELCOMED AS WELL!

RUSH ORDERS: We will "fast track" your order for a nominal charge of $10, which will be added to your sales receipt. 

GIFT ORDERS: Softball Fever is all about Gift Giving, and we're very happy to HELP you send a surprise to your favorite Softball Player.  Simply email Sales@SoftballFever.com AFTER you have ordered and tell us what you would like us to include in a note. If possible, we will gift box your item(s) and include a handwritten note.  When you email us of your needs we'll also make it a point NOT to include a sales receipt to the recipient, but we need you to tell us first. This is a FREE SERVICE, as long as you let us know immediately following your order. 

EBAY: Occasionally we offer items on Ebay.  It is CRITICAL that you do not associate any other similar Ebay User ID with us.  Please make note that our Ebay User ID is SoftballFever13 . That is the only name we sell under on Ebay. Click HERE to view our current auctions!
