Simply gather a group of at least 12 friends and/or family members, showcase our large selection of (40 +) Products, take the orders and earn up to 20% of Net Sales to be used as your own Shopping Credit!
Upon sign-up we charge your Credit Card a nominal $50.00 FULLY REFUNDABLE Party Kit Deposit. Since we're sending you over $400.00 of our products we must insist on this small good-faith deposit. Once we receive back the Party Kit and Orders you've collected we immediately Refund your card the deposit fee.

Party Plan F.A.Q.S.:
 
- An Adult with a valid Credit Card must Sign-Up for a Softball Fever Home Party via the link on www.SoftballFever.com . A small deposit of $50 will be charged to the credit card provided and will be Refunded upon receipt of our entire kit contents with your orders. **We must insist on this small deposit in order to ship you over 30 items totaling more than $400 in merchandise**
- Party Hostess receives 20% of Group’s Net Sales ($150 minimum) to be used as a Shopping Credit. There is no cash value and Shopping Credit must be used at time of group order. If less than $150 in Net Sales are collected then Shopping Credit Commission is reduced to 10% of Net Sales.
- Guests may also (pre) Order merchandise not shown at Party but available at www.SoftballFever.com . They’ll save on shipping and the Party Hostess also receives commission. These items MUST go on the Party Guest Order Form as well. **We CANNOT accept orders for merchandise on our sister-site at www.CafePress.com/SoftballFever and they are not eligible for this program.
- All Orders must be PAID IN FULL and returned with ENTIRE Party Kit within 1 week following the Party Date. Un-returned Kits will force us to charge the Hostess for full, Retail Kit amount.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard or Check for Customer Payments. Checks will be held until cleared and any Returned Checks will incur a $40 fee to customer.
- We charge a Shipping/Handling Fee of $2.00 per Customer Order.
- Florida Residents must also include a 6% sales tax.
- Party Orders will be delivered within 2 weeks from date we receive the Kit & Orders back. We will ship all orders to Party Hostess and they are responsible for delivery to their Group.
- There are NO RETURNS but Party Guests may EXCHANGE their items or be issued Store Credit only, within 30 days of their order.
Hostess Tips:
- Decide on a Party Date and Over-Invite some Friends, allowing for no-shows. Remember, the more people that attend and purchase, the MORE YOU EARN!
- Get familiar with the Products in your Party Kit the night before your Party. Make notes about each gift to help enhance your sales during your presentation. Remember, the MORE YOU SELL the MORE YOU EARN!
- Make sure you have a large, central area to display the Products. Plenty of chairs and/or floor pillows are also a good idea.
- Light snacks are a great way to welcome your guests prior to Presentation.
- While encouraging your Guests to check out the Products please remind them to handle the Products gently to avoid damaging them.
This Party Kit needs to be used by the next Hostess so do be careful with it. Guests are welcome to try on Apparel for sizing. **Extra care is needed with the Sterling Softball Ring. It is adjustable but if you squeeze too tightly it will break and you will be responsible for it.** **Do not remove plastic from watch-winders as they will drain the battery**
- Set up a quiet area off to the side or in another room where you can take Orders. If this a mother/daughter team, we suggest Mom take the Orders while Daughter stays with Products.
- Make sure Order Form is completely filled out and accurately tallied. Incomplete/Incorrect Order Forms may delay entire Order. Be sure each Customer has included their $2.00 s&h fee.
- Hostess should place Order LAST, after they have tallied all of the SUB-TOTALS to determine their Shopping Credit. To figure Hostess Shopping Credit simply add all Sub-Totals and then multiply times .20 (20% of net sales) if Net Sales exceed $150, or .10 (10% of net sales) if Net Sales total less than $150.00.
- Neatly pack up the entire Party Kit contents and include all extra materials and completed Order Forms, with checks if applicable. Run through the (attached) Party Kit Contents Check-List while doing so.
- Mail the Party Kit back to us and expect your Group’s Orders within 2 weeks!
**PLEASE NOTE: Hostess is responsible for shipping charges of Party Kit back to Softball Fever only..... we cover initial Kit shipment to Hostess and also final shipment of Orders to Hostess**
